Returns Policy

EXCHANGES: Our exchanges process is now simpler than ever. Simply post the item back to us as soon as possible using secure, appropriate packaging) ​If an item is being exchanged because it was ordered incorrectly (wrong size etc) there will need to be a small charge for P+P to have the item returned.  Our returns policy lasts 21 days. 

REFUNDS: To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must not be marked or damaged in any way. Our refund policy lasts 21 days. The refund will be issued to your original payment card, usually within 2-3 working days.
